ANSWER:

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب

Yes, both the meat of peacocks and rabbits is halāl. It is mentioned in Fatāwā Alamgīrī:

“There is no harm in eating peacock.”

[Fatāwā Alamgīrī Volume 5 page 290]

In relation to rabbit meat, it is mentioned in the noble Sahīh al-Bukhārī:

On the authority of Sayyidunā Anas (May Allah be pleased with him), that he said:

“We chased after a rabbit at Marr al-Zhahrān and the people strove until they became exhausted and I chased it until I took hold of it. So I took it to Abū Talhah and he slaughtered it and sent its hips and thighs to the Messenger of Allāh  ﷺ and he ﷺ accepted it.”

[Sahīh al-Bukhārī Volume 2 page 825]
