الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
It is prohibited to recite Naats on well known song tunes, thus one should avoid this. Yes, if a Naat reciter prays a Naat on a certain tune and then later on, a singer sings a song in this same tune, so now praying that Naat on this tune is not prohibited.
