[Q-ID0575] Can the ritual of Sa’i be performed without Wudu?

What do the scholars and muftis of the noble Shari’ah say regarding this matter; can Sa’i be performed without Wudu?

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب

Sa’i which is the ritual that involves walking between Safa and Marwa can be done without Wudu. However, it is better to be in a state of Wudu whilst performing Sa’i.
