QUESTION:
What do the scholars and muftis of the noble Shari’ah say regarding this matter; When one takes an oath that if Allah was to fulfil one of his desires then one would sacrifice an animal in his way. The oath therefore is obligatory (Wajib) when the desire has been fulfilled. Who is eligible to eat the meat of the animal that has been sacrificed?

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
The sadaqah of an oath is obligatory (Wajib). Only those that are eligible for Zakat can consume the meat of this animal.
