What do the scholars and muftis of the mighty Shari’ah say regarding this matter, is it permissible for a man to get masturbated by his wife?

بسم اللہ الرحمن الرحیم
الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
Masturbation via one’s wife’s hand is permissible, however it is disliked [Makrūh Tanzīhī]. One should avoid such actions. Thus, it is mentioned in al-Durr al-Mukhtār ma’ Radd al-Muhtār,
“وَلَوْ مَكَّنَ امْرَأَتَهُ أَوْ أَمَتَهُ مِنْ الْعَبَثِ بِذَكَرِهِ فَأَنْزَلَ كُرِهَ وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ( قَوْلُهُ كُرِهَ ) الظَّاهِرُ أَنَّهَا كَرَاهَةُ تَنْزِيهٍ ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ مَا لَوْ أَنْزَلَ بِتَفْخِيذٍ أَوْ تَبْطِينٍ تَأَمَّلْ وفی الْمِعْرَاجِ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَسْتَمْنِيَ بِيَدِ زَوْجَتِهِ أَوْ خَادِمَتِهِ ( قَوْلُهُ وَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ ) أَيْ مِنْ حَدٍّ وَتَعْزِيرٍ ، وَكَذَا مِنْ إثْمٍ عَلَى مَا قُلْنَاهُ “
“If one gives his wife permission to stimulate his penis and he ejaculates as a result of it, then it is disliked [minor dislike]; it is akin to him having intercourse with her thigh or stomach. It is mentioned in al-Mi’rāj, that if one masturbates via his wife’s or his slave girl’s hand then it is permissible, and upon such a person, there is no Hadd [capital punishment], Ta’zīr [discretionary punishment] nor any sin.”
