QUESTION:
Is it permissible for one to speak to a girl over the phone/ texts etc where the rishta has been done the families are happy however no nikkah has taken place ?
ANSWER:
It is not permissible to have communication with a non mahram before nikah (marriage), especially if the conversation is private or entails that which might fuel desires.
