There are several wazhīfahs and ta’wīdhs which one can pray to protect a pregnant woman – I’ll just request two of them.

The first is to make a ta’wīdh of verse number 127 & 128 of Sūrah al-Nahl from the 14th sipārah, and tie this behind the body around the pelvis area below the navel. The two verses are to be wrote in the following manner:

[Jannatī Zewar, pg 608]

Another method is also useful for this, which is to write ” لآ اِلَهَ اِلّا اللّهُ  “on some paper 55 times, (or have it written by someone else), cover it in plastic coating and place it in cloth, or some material which is not tearable, or leather by sewing it in and the pregnant woman is to wear it around her neck, or tie it around her arm – Allāh Almighty willing – the pregnant child will remain protected and it will also remain safe from any calamities & problems.
