What do the scholars of the Din and muftis of the Sacred Law state regarding the following issue: If water from a swimming pool has entered into the mouth of a fasting person, has his fast become invalid even if he does not realise whether water has gone down his throat or not?

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
If the water from the swimming pool has travelled down the throat then the fast has been invalidated (broken) and if it has NOT gone down the throat then the fast is still intact (not invalidated). If one has a dominant assumption (zhan e ghalib ظنّ غالب) that the water has gone down the throat then one will have to perform one fast as qada. If it is only a satanic whisper then one should not pay any attention to this.
The name “Khaliq” should not be kept, please change it to Abdul Khaliq.
