What do the scholars of the Dīn and muftīs of the Sacred Law state regarding the following issue: is it permissible to visit the graveyard between ‘Asr and Maghrib?

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
Yes, of course! There is no harm in visiting graveyard between ‘Asr and Maghrib. One may visit graveyard any time, there is no Shariah restriction, for the Shariah has never restricted visiting graveyards to a particular time and permitted to visit without any condition of time, as it is mentioned in the sacred Hadith:
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «نَهَيْتُكُمْ عَنْ زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ فَزُورُوهَا
The Messenger of Allah – may Allah send peace and blessings upon him – has stated: “I had stopped you from visiting the graves, (now) you may visit the graves.”
[Sahih Bukhari 976]
