Yes. In this case, you may pray Tahajjud after Tarāwīh because one needs to sleep after ‘Ishā for Tahajjud. Just as ‘Allāmah Ibn ‘Ābidīn Shāmī states in Radd al-Muhtār,

“Tahajjud is only the praying of salāh after sleeping.”

‘Allāmah Shāmī further states,

“I say that it is clear that the starting of the Hadīth of Tabarānī is that the time of Tahajjud is after ‘Ishā salāh.”

[Radd al-Muhtār, vol 2, pg 24]

Moreover, it is stated in Bahār-e-Sharī’at that one type of the same Salāh al-Layl is Tahajjud. The method of performing Tahajjud salāh is to sleep at night, then awaken (at night) and perform (these) nafls; whatever is performed before sleep is not regarded as Tahajjud.
