QUESTION:
What do the scholars and the muftis of the noble shari’ah say regarding this matter; When an individual joins Jama’at in the Qa’dah (sitting) position and upon starting the Tashahud (attahiyat..) the Imam stands for the 3rd Rak’ah. Does one finish the Tashahhud or stand up upon the Takbir of the Imam?

الجواب بعون الملک الوھاب اللھم ھدایۃ الحق والصواب
It is stated in Bahaar-e-Shari’ah and many other Islamic books that the individual must complete the whole Tashahhud then stand up.
